Public Forum: Iran, Syria, Kony: Can Western Intervention Bring Democracy and Justice?

Time: 6.30pm. Wed 14 March

Location: Perth Activist Centre, 15/5 Aberdeen St (next to McIver train station)

In recent weeks campaigns surrounding KONY 2012 have been calling for a Western military intervention into Uganda to arrest the leader of the brutal LRA leader Joseph Kony. This is occurring alongside escalating threats by the (nuclear powers) United States and Israel to attack Iran, and suggestions foreign powers should intervene militarily into the ongoing crisis in Syria.

Join us for this critical discussion on the West's claim to bring democracy through foreign military interference.

Organised by Resistance Socialist Youth and Socialist Alliance.
